Our U.S. City Leaders call on December 3rd featured the first of two conversations with Dr. Reggie McNeal, Jim Liske and Lisa Mathews, as they presented an encouraging and insightful discussion addressing emotional burnout and compassion fatigue among city leaders. “We're grieving the loss of a world that existed as recently as February and has gone away,” noted Dr. McNeal.
